Membership payments are for platform access only. They are not referral fees, transaction fees, payment for closings, payment for client steering, or payment for guaranteed leads.
- Create a buyer/member account and verify your email.
- Verify your mobile telephone number when that step becomes available.
- Complete the agent application, including licensing, brokerage, and address details.
- Application enters administrative review.
- Approved applicants first pay the one-time, non-refundable setup fee.
- After setup payment is verified, complete the separate monthly subscription checkout.
- The one approved agent profile activates when its monthly subscription is confirmed active.
HSM Realty Inc. referral agreements are separate from membership.
Agent membership does not guarantee referrals, clients, listings, transactions, closings, rankings, or income. A separate broker-approved referral agreement may be required before an agent or brokerage can accept an HSM Realty Inc. referral.
The standard HSM referral fee — 20% of the gross real-estate brokerage commission actually received by the receiving brokerage on the referred side of a successfully closed transaction — is payable to HSM Realty Inc. by the receiving brokerage under a separate signed broker-to-broker agreement. It is not part of the monthly platform membership fee. Referral fees are calculated only from brokerage commission, never from sale price, loan proceeds, settlement charges, title fees, mortgage fees, insurance premiums, or client deposits.
- Monthly platform membership, referral agreements, individual referral records, and referral payments are managed as separate items.
- The referral applies only to an identified referred client and does not guarantee a transaction or closing.
- The receiving brokerage remains responsible for supervision, representation, licensing, disclosures, and legal compliance.
- The referral program does not apply to mortgage, title, insurance, inspection, legal, or other settlement-service referrals.
- State-specific rules and the final signed agreement control. Payments run through participating brokerages and authorized settlement or accounting channels.
